STATUS OF TRAINING: Confirmed (as of 2 February 2012)  

   As of February 2, 2012 we have reached the minimum number of registrants, so we confirm that this training will definitely be occurring.

REGISTRATION

   Registrations are honored in the order in which deposits are received.

   If you have fewer than 20 hours of NVC training or assess yourself as needing more foundation level training in your NVC skills, please select the "Foundations” track on the registration sheet below.

Terms and Conditions

TUITION

   We request full payment of tuition at the time of registration. However, we need to receive a minimum deposit of USD $250 to reserve your seat.

Discounts available: (off whichever rate applies)

* When two people register together, both people save 5%
* When three or more people register together, everyone saves 10%

Note:  This discount involves receiving one payment for all registrants (at least the deposit), either in the form of one check/credit card transaction, or at minimum one envelope that includes everyone's check.

  • * Certified Trainers with the Center for Nonviolent Communication qualify for a 50% tuition discount off the standard rate!

ROOM AND BOARD

   Please provide us on the Online Registration Form below the name(s) of the person(s) with whom you are planning to share a room. If you do not have someone with whom you would like to share, we can pair participants for room sharing. 

   Room requests will be honored in the order in which tuition deposits are received.  The number of rooms with private bathrooms is limited; first-come, first-serve.  Prices are per person, not per room.

   Meals will be served buffet style and will include fish or meat. If you have diet requests or diet restrictions please note them when you reserve your Room and Board through Sunrise Ranch's website.

   Please bring comfortable clothing for outside walking.  The average temperatures in Loveland at that time of year are:  High: 84° F (28.5° C)  Low: 54° F (12.5° C)

TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION

   All payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars ($).

   We request full payment of tuition at the time of registration. However, we need to receive a minimum deposit of USD $250 to reserve your seat.  NOTE: Your registration is not complete and your seat is not reserved until we receive a payment of at least the minimum deposit.

   You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your deposit.

   In order to receive the “Early Bird” or Standard rate, full payment of the tuition balance must be received no later than 15 June 2012.

   If full tuition payment is not received by 15 June 2012, then the “Rush Rate” will apply ($100 more than the Standard Rate) even if you requested the "Early Bird" or Standard rate.

   Any tuition refunds (see cancellation policy below) are subject to $100 non-refundable administrative fee. 

   Tuition payments may be made by sending a check, online through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account), or with a credit card (by calling us at +1 614-558-1141)

Remember:

  • Registration is only confirmed when the deposit or full payment has been received.
  • The full amount for tuition is to be paid no later than 15 June 2012.
  • "I understand that if my fees are not fully paid by 15 June 2012, then the Rush Rate will apply which is $100 more than the Standard Rate."

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If we cancel the training you will receive a full refund.
  2. If you cancel on or before 15 June 2012, your fees will be refunded minus the $100 administrative fee.
  3. If you cancel after 15 June 2012, your fees will be refunded (minus the $100 administrative fee) only if you can fill your place in the training with another participant.  If you are unable to do so, you may apply your payments (minus the $100 administrative fee) to a future NVCTI training within 24 months.  If you do not attend a training within 24 months, your money will be forfeited to NVCTI.

2.  Make payment for tuition.  Remember that in order to reserve your place in the training, we must receive, at minimum, your deposit payment.  Three options for payment:
  1. Check:  Send a check made payable in U.S. dollars to "Compassionate Communication" and mail to:  2350 Indianola Ave., Columbus, OH 43202 USA.  (All things being equal, we prefer receiving payment in this form when practical)
