Note that we will CONFIRM that this training will be held once we have received a minimum of 20 enrollments and will send out an email to all registered participants at that time. We encourage you to not make nonrefundable travel plans until after the training has been confirmed.

REGISTRATION

Our last two trainings in Germany had waiting lists and we expect a full enrollment. Registrations are being honored in the order in which deposits are received.

If you have fewer than 20 hours of NVC training or assess yourself as needing more foundation level training in your NVC skills, please select the ‘Foundations” track on the registration sheet below.

Terms and Conditions

TUITION

We request full payment of tuition at the time of registration. However, we need to receive a minimum deposit of € 200 to reserve your seat.

deposit received no later than 10 May 2010: full payment received no later than 24 July 2010

ROOM AND BOARD

Please provide us on the Online Registration Form below the name(s) of the person(s) with whom you are planning to share a room. If you do not have someone with whom you would like to share, we can pair participants for room sharing. Requests for single rooms will be honored in the order in which deposits have been received.

Lodging is for seven days and seven nights and includes bedding and towels.

Meals will be served buffet style and will include fish or meat. If you have diet requests or diet restrictions please note them on the Online Registration Form.

Please bring comfortable clothing for nature walks. If you want to use your own computer please bring the right adaptor for the power plug used in your country to make it fit German sockets.  

Please book your room directly with Gerlinde Clar, the Accommodations Organizer (contact info for Gerlinde), not with Seehotel Schwalten.

ROOM AND BOARD PAYMENT INFORMATION

Room and board is to be paid directly to Gerlinde Clar in one of three ways.

1. Cash (on arrival)
2. Direct bank debit (on arrival)
3. Transfer (in advance)

Contact Gerlinde directly in terms of how you intend to pay and to get banking information from her if you want to do a transfer in advance.

TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION

All payments are to be made in Euros (€).

We request full payment of tuition at the time of registration. However, we need to receive a minimum deposit of € 200 to reserve your seat.  NOTE: Your registration is not complete and your seat is not reserved until we receive a payment of at least the minimum deposit.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your deposit.

In order to receive the “Early Bird” or Standard rate, full payment of the tuition balance must be received no later than 24 July 2010.

If full tuition payment is not received by 24 July 2010, then the “Rush Rate” will apply (€ 150 more than the Standard Rate) even if you requested the "Early Bird" or Standard rate.

Any tuition refunds (see cancellation policy below) are subject to € 100 non-refundable administrative fee. 

Tuition payments may be made via PayPal using your credit card or bank draft. Details are on the Payment Form.

Remember:

  • Registration is only confirmed when the deposit or full payment has been received.
  • The full amount for tuition is to be paid no later than 24 July 2010.
  • "I understand that if my fees are not fully paid by 24 July 2010, then the Rush Rate will apply which is € 150 more than the Standard Rate."

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If we cancel the training you will get a full refund.
  2. If you cancel on or before 9 July 2010, your fees will be refunded minus the € 100 administrative fee.
  3. If you cancel after 9 July 2010, your fees will be refunded (minus the € 100 administrative fee) only if we can fill your place in the training with another participant. If we are unable to do so, you may apply your payments (minus the € 100 administrative fee) to a future NVCTI training within the next 12 months. If you do not attend another training within 12 months, then the money is forfeited to NVCTI.
