REGISTRATION

We expect a full enrollment and registrations are being honored in the order in which deposits are received. If you wish to attend this training, please:

1. Read the Terms and Conditions below.

2. Complete and submit the Online Registration Form also below (after the Terms and Conditions)

 3. Submit your payment via PayPal here. (You will be directed to this page after submitting your Online Registration Form.)

If you have fewer than 20 hours training or assess yourself as needing more foundation level training in your NVC skills, please select the ‘Foundations” track on the registration sheet below.

We request you (a) read the Terms & Conditions below, (b) fill out the Online Registration Form below (including typing your name at the bottom, to show you consent to the Terms & Conditions), and (c) print out a copy before you submit the Registration Form.

TUITION

Standard Rate:                                                         £ 750.00

Rush Rate:                                                                 £ 850.00
final payment received after 21 July, 2009

ROOM AND BOARD

Please provide us the name(s) of the person(s) with whom you are planning to share on the registration form. If you do not have someone with whom to share, we can pair participants for room sharing.

Dorm room (5 to 9 occupants)                                             £  480.00

 

All meals are vegetarian only and the facility charges an additional  £33.60 for any or all of the following special diet requests: vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free or sugar-free.

Full payment of room & board to be received no later than 21 July, 2009.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • All payments are to be made in British pounds.
  • A minimum £ 200 deposit will reserve your place. NOTE: Your seat is not reserved in the training until we receive your deposit.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your deposit.
  • Full payment of the balance due must be received no later than 21 July, 2009.
  • All subsequent refunds are subject to a £ 100 non-refundable administrative fee.
  • In order to receive the “Early Bird” rate, all payments must be received no later than 21 July, 2009.
  • If full payment is not received by 21 July, 2009, then the “Rush Rate” will apply (£ 100 more than the Standard Rate)

Registration is only confirmed when the deposit has been received.


The full amount for tuition, room and board is to be paid no later than 21 July, 2009. I understand that if my fees are not received by the DUE DATE, then an additional administrative fee of £ 100 will be due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If we cancel the training because of too few participants you will get a full refund.
  • If you cancel:
    • On or before 6 July, 2009, your fees will be refunded minus a £ 100 processing fee.
    • After 6 July, 2009, your fees will be refunded (minus the £ 100 processing fee) only if we can fill your place in the training with another participant. If we are unable to do so, you may apply these fees to a future training within the next year.
