This six-day course can be applied towards the minimum of 50 days required (including an International Intensive Training - IIT) as part of the process for CNVC Certification as a Trainer in Nonviolent Communication. It does not alone qualify participants for certification.

We expect a full enrollment and registrations are being honored in the order in which deposits are received. If you wish to attend this training, please:

If your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If the training is full, you will be notified that you are on the waiting list and, if you do not get in, your deposit will be refunded. 

We request you (a) read the Terms & Conditions below, (b) fill out the Online Registration Form below (including typing your name at the bottom, to show you agree with the Terms & Conditions), and (c) print out a copy before you submit the Registration Form.

TUITION

We request full payment of tuition at the time of registration. Your seat in the training is not reserved until we receive a deposit of 300 €.

ROOM AND BOARD

Many participants will prefer to share rooms in order to make most effective use of their financial resources. Please provide us the name(s) of the person(s) with whom you are planning to share on the registration form. If you do not have someone with whom to share, we can pair participants for room sharing. Requests for single rooms will be honored in the order in which deposits have been received.

Lodging is for six days and seven nights and includes bedding and towels. Price includes all meals, drinking water (cold and hot) and fresh fruit during the breaks. Tasty vegetarian food is served buffet style (on request meat and fish are also served for only 2,50 € extra per dish).

Please bring warm, waterproof clothing for nature walks. If you want to use your own computer please bring the right adaptor for the power plug used in your country to make it fit German sockets.  

Please book your room directly with Gerlinde Clar (Accommodations Organizer), not with the venue.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • All payments are to be made in Euros (€).
  • Tuition is to be paid online using PayPal. You will be directed to the PayPal payment page after you submit your online registration, or you may use this link or send PayPal payments directly to nvcinfo@basileia.org.
    • A minimum 300 € deposit will reserve your place.
    • You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your deposit.
    • All subsequent refunds are subject to a 100 € non-refundable administrative fee. 
    • If full payment is not received by 11-Oct-09, then the “Rush Rate” will apply (150 € more than the Standard Rate) even if you requested the "Early Bird" or Standard rate.
  • Room and board is to be paid directly to Gerlinde Clar (Accommodations Organizer) upon arrival. She is willing to accept payment by cash or by direct bank debit (bank collection authorization - EU countries only). 

Registration is only confirmed when the deposit has been received.

The full amount for tuition is to be paid no later than October 11, 2009. I understand that if my fees are not received by the DUE DATE, then an additional administrative fee of 150 € will be due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If we cancel the training because of too few participants you will get a full refund.
  • If you cancel:
    • On or before September 26, 2009, your fees will be refunded minus a 100 € processing fee.
    • After September 26, 2009, your fees will be refunded (minus the 100 € processing fee) only if we can fill your place in the training with another participant. If we are unable to do so, you may apply these fees to a future training within the next year.
