A 2012 NVCTI and BASILEIA LLC
WORKSHOP OFFERING:

CREATING WORKPLACES WHERE PEOPLE THRIVE:

SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTING NEEDS-BASED SYSTEMIC CHANGE IN BUSINESSES AND NON-PROFITS
using the processes of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Dynamic Governance (DG)
A Six-Day Intensive
  • January 15-22, 2012
  • Campinas, Brazil
  • Facilitator: Gregg Kendrick
  • Language: Presented in English and translated into Portuguese

This is not your typical NVC workshop. Grounded in the "living energy of needs," this workshop offers a unique experience of NVC where you will experience both the gentleness of compassion and empathy AND the fierceness of purpose and clarity. We will introduce you to a new level of needs, the needs of the WE, which is the heart of any living organization.

This is also not your typical business workshop. The learning experience is rich with somatic/"whole body" exercises, percussion beats, creative expressions of your deepest potential, and daily rememberings. We want you to experience the "power" within "power-with" leadership.

And we also have a depth of structure and content to give you pragmatic tools to transform your real-world workplace situations: a 120-page Participants' Manual, role plays, a business simulation, small affinity groups, sociocratic governance structures, and community meetings. (more >> Overview of training ...)

This six-day course can be applied towards the minimum of 50 days required (including an International Intensive Training - IIT) as part of the process for CNVC Certification as a Trainer in Nonviolent Communication. It does not alone qualify participants for certification.
