We offer in-depth training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
from
an orientation we call the “Living Energy of Needs,” which helps people
to access their inner resources and experience wholeness, well-being
and empowerment from the inside-out.
As a team and
individually, we lead trainings worldwide in which we support
participants in experiencing the Living Energy of Needs as the core
dimension from which to learn and live the NVC process.
We have offered our flagship seven-day retreat, "The Living
Energy of Needs,” twenty-eight times in eight countries around the world
since 2000. Our two other programs are, “Creating Workplaces
Where People Thrive” and our “NVC Train-the-Trainer.”
The NVC Training Institute
(NVCTI) was established in the year 2000 to meet needs in our global
NVC community for the learning of more advanced skills as well as
support for trainer development. Through our own personal
practice -- and through more than sixty years of combined training
experience on our team -- we have developed ways that help people
access the universal life energy that lies beyond the conventional
or static NVC model.
